At DOMELCO GROUP, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our tactical gear. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
A return form must be filled out and included with your package.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described.
Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted or refunded.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned following the same procedure as returns.
Include the desired size, color, or item details in your return note.
Once we receive your return, we will contact you to confirm the exchange and re-shipping process.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email our support team at dakotasportspk1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship your item to the address provided in our return email.
Ensure the item is securely packaged and the return form is enclosed.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days (excluding original shipping charges).
Improper Returns
If returned items breach this policy:
Refund or exchange will not be issued.
DOMELCO GROUP may retain or dispose of the items if return shipping fees are not paid within 14 days of notice.
